Have stayed before, and stayed again this time, and would stay again. This tells you something. It's not anything flash, but it is 'clean' and comfortable. Ample off street parking. Reception was open this time, last time I used the self check in screen just to the left of the office (which also has a help number if needed). The location is good too, 3 min walk to the Moe railway Station & Moe Pub. Good pizza place 3 min walk, plus you can cross over the railway line into the main town area. All very easy. If you are looking for a reasonable cost motel in Moe, STAY HERE !

Not a great hotel.

Nobody at reception and the check in system is a bit convoluted.
It was the middle of the summer school holidays, loads of families with kids staying at the hotel and the pool wasn’t operational.
The room was a bit grubby.
Convenient location-walking distance to town.

A disappointment.

We have stayed at the Moe Motor Inn on many occasions over many years, so it was sad to see how the standard of this accommodation has deteriorated.
Firstly, it has very limited reception hours, therefore when we arrived we needed to access our room keys through an automated system , which was okay for us, however for the less technical savvy, it may be a challenge.
Next, the room was very tired with wear noticeably everywhere we looked. From walls needing a refresh, the bathroom needing an upgrade due to leaky and loose taps, to a very well worn toilet seat. Although the shower worked well, it too needs some TLC. And the bed was very hard and the bedding really needs updating.
The outside is very sad, with stairs where the carpet covering is very frayed and dirty, the gardens look very unkempt and the car park needs a good sweep and pot holes repaired.
Overall it was disappointing from what has been over the years.
