Please note that construction work is underway from Broadbeach to Burleigh on Gold Coast Highway and some rooms may be affected by noise. All guests will be asked to provide proof of address via a photo identification. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. We do not take schoolies at our motel.
