This is a great place to stay in Melbourne. You are close to the tram network and one street over to the Queen Victoria markets. Would definitely stay here again. Was travelling with a friend and we got a 2 bedroom apartment for a really good price. The common area was very roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Poor wifi service.
No heaters and aircon doesn’t warm the room even though it can be set to 25-30DegC.
Something is always defective in the room. Room light was working and the filter from the cooker hood was dirty. Noticed it when it fell down while using it.

Clean room, very spacious. Would have been nice a little more furnished (like a mirror or hangers for coats). Breakfast was ok. The gym was a bit crowded in the afternoon while the pool was absolutely marvelous.

Unfortunately upon checkout I was asked to pay more for parking even though I made sure at check in I was being charged inclusive of parking, which I even double checked with the girl and was told it included parking. Apparently it was miscalculated and I was only charged for 1 night l, which really shouldn’t be my problem and even then the girl at the front upon checkout tried to overcharge me more than I supposedly owed, which I luckily picked up on before tapping my card. Nice hotel and a great location, but it left a sour taste in my mouth at the end with the parking charge muck ups that should have really just been waved.

Some cosmetic paint on doors and skirting board noticeable and coffee table had chips all around edge. Some marks on wall in bedroom. Picky but otherwise vetting was comfortable.
