Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious with a pretty small balcony looking out to pretty trees. Easy access to the tram for a quick trip to the race course for events or city for everything else!

Ticks all the boxes

My husband and I stayed here due to the location,near the Parkville sports complex.Easy walk there.The Melbourne zoo is next door.CBD 3ks.Shops and Eateries nearby.
The best part was the service from beginning to end of our stay.Helpful assistance with parking..hostess gave up hers for us. Great local recommendations for food and the area.Kind helpful and friendly.Thank you
The room had everything we needed,a clean tidy room big ensuite with a big rain shower.Microwave fridge air con /heater balcony cooktop dishwasher.Fresh towels delivered and we had a laundry close by.Furniture is aging but is very solid.Would stay again.

Nice little boutique apartments central to everything, nice host and easy parking.
Unfortunately the bed was horrible, honestly the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It really ruined the experience.

Great apartments if you need to stay in the area for events at Flemington Raceway or the Showgrounds or for the Royal Children’s Hospital. Close to the trams and trains. The apartments are very modern, spacious and well equipped.
The manager is extremely helpful and made the stay feel really homely.
I would definitely stay there again when next in town.

Wonderful hosts and great place to stay if you need to access the hospitals. Great having cooking capacity. Will stay again
