Old building and carpets are filthy.
Night staff that I encountered was agitated.

Good value hotel
check in process was smooth, as a platinum member I received a room upgrade and complimentary parking both of which were appreciated,
The room was functional and clean, the only thing missing is a safe
The restaurant offers a variety of options with daily specials, I found the prices quite reasonable. the buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing but covers all the basics
the hotel is located very close to a large number of restaurants should you not wish to eat at the hotel,
my only negative comment and I have observed this over numerous stays is that there is never enough staff available to comfortably manage the restaurant (dinner), bar and breakfast
