Courtyard one week stay.
We stayed at this hotel from January 26th to the second of February. I enjoyed the stay. It was a lovely neat hotel. We were in town to enjoy the Australian open and also enjoy different areas of Melbourne. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Ready to help us navigate through town, and give us directions of how to use the free tramps around town. The breakfast was nice with different choices of meals. I enjoyed the fact that we were like two minutes from different restaurants and shops. It was a great stay. Looking for a nice hotel in the CBD. This will be a great choice. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks to the staff for making us feel at home.

Good location, facilities and team
A great location for exploring Melbourne. Check-in was prompt, and the team were very helpful in accommodating an early arrival, which was much appreciated.
The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and feature a large walk-in shower. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use the hotel facilities, there is so much to see and do right on the doorstep that it wasn’t really necessary.
The hotel is just a short walk from the Queen Victoria Market, which is well worth a visit, and only a few minutes from a free City Circle tram stop. In reality, most attractions are within walking distance, but using the trams adds a bit of fun to the experience. St Kilda Beach is also easily accessible, around 20–25 minutes away.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with an excellent location and a friendly, welcoming team. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel with a great location!
Well-located hotel for Melbourne. The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was also good. The café is also recommended for an evening snack. You cannot hear the fire station next door at all. Furthermore, everything seems relatively new.

Solid product with some nice touches
Great staff in reception and breakfast room, likeable atmosphere, well appointed room and all in a convenient location. We would have liked the bar to stay open past nine, especially as there is not much else going on nearby. Breakfast is excellent. Would recommend.

I’ve stayed here regularly for work since 2023.the staff are lovely, I have found the experience has deteriorated in the last few visits, particularly with the food and I’m never able to get my preferred room despite requesting prior.
On the last two occasions I stayed (3 nights each) my room service meals were not as ordered (standard menu no changes) and I had to call reception to advise = wait time = cold food :(
On the last visit in May 2026, my room was not restocked with t-bags/milk etc even after 3 days.
I can only hope the experience improves as I do have to stay here regularly.
The location is good-10 minutes stroll to the nearest Cole’s and bottlo. A few Asian and Italian eateries nearby.
