Surprisingly the balcony looks out over a park and a sports field for the kids. It gives it a real country feel. Hmm… very relaxing.

On our third day, we were unfortunately woken up early by loud renovation work directly above our unit. While reception could not offer a refund for our remaining nights, they did move us to another unit in the adjacent building.The New Unit: This second apartment was much brighter, clean, and featured a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were very quiet.Areas for Improvement: The new unit had a few maintenance and comfort issues. Every door made a loud squeaking sound when opened. Additionally, the dinner table only had 3 chairs instead of 4, and we felt quite itchy after sitting on the fabric sofa.Location Note:While the public transit is excellent, please note that local restaurants are a bit of a distance away, so you will need to walk or take a car for meals. But we choose doordash, by paying slightly more. Despite the mid-stay disruption, the host's quick action to relocate us made it an acceptable experience."

The host is super helpful arranging key pickup after hours and giving us very clear instructions to the parking in the garage. Overall it’s a very comfortable accommodation and easy access from the freeway. I would highly recommend.

I really appreciate having enough space to arrange my belongings properly without feeling crowded. The quiet environment also helps me concentrate, especially when I need to study or complete assignments.
The cleanliness of the room and the overall living area is another important advantage. A clean place makes daily life much more pleasant and gives a sense of comfort and safety. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which is ideal for students or anyone who prefers a relaxed living environment.
The location is also very convenient. The accommodation is close to public transportation, so it is easy to travel to different places without needing a car. This makes commuting simple and saves a lot of time. It is also located near Monash University, which is a major benefit for students. Being close to campus makes it easier to attend classes, use university facilities, and participate in campus activities.
