Room had everything you needed. Motel easy walk into shopping centre for food, takeaway or frozen meal from Coles (microwave in room) but travel with your own cutlery and plates. A stroll in the gardens next door relaxing. Would book again.

Due to delays beyond my control, I was going to arrive late at the hotel. I sent several messages and called the hotel a couple times to discuss options. The hotel did not respond to any messages and did not answer the phone.
When I arrived at the hotel the office was closed and I was unable to check in, and I had to make alternative arrangemts with a family friend. When I complained this morning the hotel said they were going to charge me anyway because they have a strict no show, now received

Dreadful

Do not stay at this motel-. When we arrived, there was a gentleman in front of us, reception was closed. Two Indians who could not speak English (this is a country town) turned up and we had to speak into a phone to someone elsewhere to establish who we were . We were given a code to a room on a piece of paper. No maintenance ha been done for years, the room was cold - we had the air conditioner going all night and no hot water. If I had not paid online we would have gone home.. I have stayed in the best hotels and castles in the world - this has to be almost the worst. It is disappointing to see what Australia provides tourists.

clean rooms, easy parking. Bar and restaurant closed. could have ordered breakfast in room but did not feel appealing. Quiet area but considerable noise within the motel property from around 3am making it difficult to sleep.

Room wasn’t clean and bathroom dirty. Requested another room that was clean which was provided with no issues. Rooms are dated.
Staff were helpful.
Food ordered from their restaurant was really good.
