Suitable for young travellers

Located in a very lively place, we slept well there (even if located just above a pub). Probably more suitable for young travelers than families. No elevator so you should not be too busy. The bathroom and toilet are common but very clean.

The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful the room and facilities were clean hygienic and comfortable.
My only complaint is there showers have major issues with temperature and constantly change temperature

Great location and the loveliest staff. They will always find a way to make your day that much more spectacular and put a smile on your face. I will not only back again and also recommend my Friends coming here for either a full blown sit down dinner and drinks, or even just a quick catch up with mates.

Location was ok, near to bus stops and Coles. Plenty of eateries.
Place is clean. Toilets are plenty even though it is sharing basis, you will never have to wait.
However it is outside the tram network, if your travel is very early outside the bus service hours, the only choice is UBER. And you will need a local Australian SIM.
Not much service as the Receptionist is rarely there. There should be more info on arrival like a poster or something outside the door. You arrived and the door is locked and no one is there, there is no bell or camera or anyone to assist you. You have to pray and hope a guest is going into the hotel and you sneak in. If not, hard luck. If you somehow lost your access card in the middle of the night, may God be with you as there is no one there.
