Convenient Stay in Surfers Paradise
However, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean and check up. Most metal surfaces had built up limescale + the water pressure of the shower had the consistency of a garden sprinkler. Some of the drawers/furniture was also quite scratched up from use over many stays.

I also find it unacceptable that a security deposit is charged, and then, after checking out, guests have to wait so long to receive their money back. This is very inconvenient, especially when the room has already been inspected and there are no issues.
Overall, the experience was not what I expected, and I believe the hotel should improve both the cleaning standards and the customer service, as well as make the deposit refund process much faster and more efficient.

Hotel from Hell- self serve
In my room was a basic item, Cheap expired pillows and cheap beds, obviously dated, we got dated dirty rooms, Fridge not working, we have the second day with no water for a full day, No circular Management fail to advise.
No parking ️ onsite it’s a paid parking on the street. After my 3 days experience, I have thought about moving to another hotel , reception was a nightmare.
I did an early departure , cancel the rest of my nights, they didn’t refund, The filthy crap about it is they gunna release the refund manually after 3 days ? That switched me off apparently, and I will never ever ever make a booking to Mantra Legend or any Mantra in Goldy,
The best option is 5 mins down the highway you have Crowne Plaza I’m happy with their Team and offered me free parking fantastic hospitality especially the service and clear information FYI they don’t take Bond for booking,
