Very Dissapointing stay....
Large apartment on Pool level. 201, very dated, in need of a deep clean everywhere and perhaps new furnishings, middle bathroom was absolutely discusting. It was bought to the attention of reception on the friday morning of our stay, and we were told there are no cleaners on site,( 5 night) I just feel a building of this statue in the middle of broadbeach. Should have some sense of presentation of units. Are the cleaners ever assessed on their work? Clearly not, decor is ordinary now, wooden glass dining table is so dirty, as well as other areas, lights needed replacing which was also discussed and replaced, but surely there is a check list before hand. I can understand a light not working but not 5, This was our 3rd year at this apartment, but sadly we won't be back, we have chosen a much cleaner apartment block nearby for our next holiday, I was told to e.ail my complaint,but after having discussed it with reception I should not have to ...also to be told the price was rising significantly next year, its a definate no.

We returned here after staying many years ago. The area and the management have changed.
The manager is beyond rude, unprofessional & immature. We experienced this and witnessed the same behaviour to other customers. We have never experienced such horrendous customer service. The apartments are tired, very minimal amenities (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap etc provided). Very disappointing given price. The dishwasher was left clogged with filthy & putrid smelling water in the bottom.
The nearby Den Devine is a nearby entertainment venue that has live music 6 nights/week. The music is SO LOUD you cant even here each other speak - forget about sleeping! The apartments have no noise attenuation measures & there is no acknowledgement of the environment on Arias website or facebook page. The manager agreed to refund 2 nights accommodation for us, and in that basis we booked alternative accommodation. After this she advised she would not be refunding the full portion & refused to provide reasons. Then in check out refused to refund while we were there & walked off! Another staff member then refunded a part refund. Please save you money & sanity and not book here.
If you are booking anywhere in Broadbeach centre please consider moise impacts.

Because you are clearly mistaken by so many of your comments and never booked though trip advisor to start with, and we would like to outline exactly that....
The apartment you were allocated is certainly not tired, its actually quite gorgeous, and styled by the previous owner, and maybe her taste is not to your liking> You booked an ocean glimpse apartment- 'ocean glimpse' means not ocean view, so its a lower level apartment..
We also would like to point our we are a self contained apartments which offers a starter pack of bin liners, soap, and dishwasher tabs, its clearly outlined in every confirmation email and also clearly stated on the print out in the apartments, that the starter pack is to be replenished by the guest.
Our accommodation details are NOT even close to 'Den Devine" So if our readers look up our location we are right in the hub of Broadbeach, which is so well known for the entertainment, amazing restaurants and LIVE music, which are definitely not 6 days a week, while you did come in on Sunday night where some of the restaurants do have live music until about 10pm... it really is such a vibe for so many travelers.
Unfortunately, our team did experience repeated aggressive and disrespectful conduct during this interaction, you were abusive, threatening and out of line to both the manager and reception staff causing a scene in front of guests, your approach was over the top, and we need to remind you that there are policies and procedures in place, and the ACCC backed our protocols after your complaint , and our policies are clearly stated on our website, and because of this you are now trying to damage our good business.
Regarding the refund, a partial refund was offered and processed in line with our policies after review of the situation. No agreement was made for a full refund, and this was communicated at the time, you threatening to call the police on us because your tantrum didn't get what you wanted, and we had no obligation to offer anything, even though we did with some good will gesture.
We stand by our team and the way this matter was handled. And we encourage all tripadvisor guests to always research your accomodation vibe, because if you don't like great restaurants and live music, Broadbeach may not be the right suburb to stay,
but if you do LOVE live music, great street vibes from the locals and restaurants, call us direct we will always give you a good deal... Have a fabulous day!!!

Good location, however the apartment and facilities are getting a little tired at Aria.

The apartment was roomy and well set up. Big lounge /kitchen area that opened out onto an outdoor area. Loved the double bi fold door to open it right up.
