Best stay we have had so far in Tassie!

Had a wonderful stay, best stay we have had in Tassie so far.
Wonderful Hostess and absolutely lovely comfortable clean cabins, ended up extending, lucky we could.
Everything we needed, fresh bread, proper milk and fresh lovely eggs.
Incredibly good value for money, so quiet.

Rowing regatta stay

Wow! We have been travelling to Barrington rowing regattas for around 4 years and this place, Drumreagh, was a chance find. And what a great find! Best place we have found so far.
Immaculate presented 2 bedroom cottage surrounded by lush, quiet farm land.
Well done to the team at Drumreagh, reasonably priced, great breakfast provided, all a 2 minute drive to Deloraine shops, parks & eateries.
Will definitely be checking availability for future weekend regattas.

Absolutely loved it!!

I just realised I forgot to review this place! We stayed in early March and it was the best in Tassie for us. Gorgeous town of Deloraine and just outside. Cabin was spotless so well equipped, lovely breakfast and washing machine!!! All quality! Host was so helpful, by text too. Absolutely love to return!

Absolutely fantastic, a wonderful stay

Absolutely amazing, the cabin was gorgeous and the interior well designed and decorated - beautiful warm wood and silver accents with splashes of vibrant blue.
The setting for the cabin was beautiful, set in a small ‘clearing’ ringed by trees, you can hear the cows mooing, seemingly in the distance, but they aren’t too far away if you want to go see them.
The beds and couches were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was great - you can easily cook your own food, especially with the supermarket so close by.
The hosts were fantastic, when we mentioned we were going to Cradle Mountain before heading out to the cabin (on a rainy day), they turned the heating on for us so the cabin would be warm when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise when we got there at dusk fairly wet from our journey.

Very comfortable

Located in gorgeous county on the outskirts of Deloraine this 10 acre property has very comfortable cabins for 4-5 as well as a self contained flat in the main house. Our cabin was comprehensively equipped and well maintained. And very warm. A highlight was the breakfast delivered each day including fresh eggs and bacon ready to be cooked. The hosts are friendly and helpful.
There were some detractors. The bedrooms are tight. The hot water would last only two showers. The wifi wouldn’t reach our cabin. The only animals to feed are the sheep (but our grand kids were more than compensated by the arrival of a nine week old puppy during our visit).
We enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommended.
