Picturesque Crows nest .

Beautiful location surrounded by Forrest hills national park .. The area has enchanting lakes waterfalls stream with walking paths.. The caravan park was lovely with well maintained gardens and clean amenities.We had a lovely view of the fields and hills from out site . Very relaxing and peaceful stay ..

Great stay

Great location just near the little town of Crows Nest. The park is beautifully kept and we utilised from non powered to cabins. Everyone in the group said they were happy with their area. I stayed in the non powered section which was grassy, level and down the bottom of the park away from the road. It had a table and chairs which was great for our group to meet in, there was also a fireplace which they cleared from ash when asked. The bathrooms were close and were spotless and had the shower, toilet and basin in one area and there were four in the block to utilise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Park

We spent the Australia Day long weekend at the park, 2 couples on powered sites - ours with private ensuite. The park is under new management who are making improvements. The park is spread out nicely with lovely gardens and swimming pool. We used the pool several times throughout our 3 days and it certainly was refreshing with the hot 30c temperatures. The pool however was a little murky (a lot of people using it). Whilst we didn’t use the general amenities block, I looked in the one closest to the pool area and these were very clean and nice. Our site was #115 with small private en-suite which suited us as we don’t have a toilet/shower inside our van. The convenience of this is great, however they are a little dated with vinyl floors and cobwebs and small spiders around the ceiling. The hot water cut in/out during showers. Not a big issue with the weather being summer, hopefully the new managers have the ensuites on the list for an update. Overall a nice park, relatively clean and tidy and we would stay again.

Very nice Town

Ok place to stay. Except trying to clean the amenities at 8.30 of a morning when people are getting out of bed. They also cannot seem to be able to work out what price to charge. Stayed three nights at forty dollars a night over the weekend and when we wanted to extend our stay we where told that it would be $35 for Monday night and $60 for Tuesday. So anyone wanting to stay phone ahead and nail down a price before they come in.
