Was very clean and manager and staff were very friendly and helpful

Little outdated, but very quite hot water, clean bed and staff were friendly. I would stay there again. The manager was very obliging and helpful. so I gave it four stars out of five for location and quietness. Walking distance to main street, easy to get to Utes in the paddock plus walking distance to the rivers. Very clean

Appalling and Disgusted

I stayed here for a few nights before Christmas and there were reddish-brown flat bugs in the bed. I was able to identify these as bed bugs, by a google lookup. They were an exact match to what to what I was seeing. When I raised it with management, they said they must have come into the room with me....?? What??? There were also some drunk guys doing drug deals outside my room in the middle of the night and a little 4 or 5 year old girl with them... Goodbye Condo.. Sorry you have this dive as a representation of the hospitality of your beautiful town. Other folk in town were real friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Not this place though.

Could do better

The motel was adequate but we have stayed in much better for the same price. No hairdryer, there was a leak in the vanity basin cabinet with a towel placed there to soak up the drips, the lighting was inadequate in the main room. No plug in the vanity sink. Great location, easy walking distance to shops and eateries. Highly recommend a visit to Gum Bend Lake.

Very good motel with nice restaurant

Greeted by pleasant hosts. Room spacious, very clean, easy parking. Room quiet, bed comfortable, good night's sleep. Dined in restaurant and had a lovely meal, hosts very attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice basic clean

Just stayed one night on the way through town. Nice, clean, basic motel. Quiet and within walking distance to Main Street. Red dog bistro basically across the road was great for dinner. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Nice pool. Clean. Kids had a swim but too cold for me. Would stay again.
