Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. * A 2% surcharge applies on all EFTPOS, credit and debit card transactions. * A valid credit/debit card and ID must be presented on check-in. * Please note for bookings of 8 or more guests, different policies or procedures may apply. * Towels are available from reception for an extra charge and a refundable deposit. * Laundry facilities can be used at an additional charge * If booking more than 1 bed in a dormitory room, the hostel cannot guarantee that guests will be allocated the same room. To avoid having a group split up, book well in advance. * We cannot guarantee the same room for the duration of your stay, as existing bookings may make this impossible. We try our best to avoid moving guests around, however in order to guarantee this please book well in advance. * Reception hours are 10am - 3pm. If you will arrive outside of these hours, you will receive check-in instructions via email. Please monitor your email for all communication from the Hostel. * No refund policy for cancelations within 24 hours of check-in. Payment made towards all bookings can only be obtained in the form of booking credit for any nights canceled. * All bookings for the period 24th December - 2nd January inclusive are nonrefundable and nontransferable. * Credit cannot be issued or used for the period 24th December – 2nd January (inclusive) and a guest must contact the hostel to receive their credit voucher, it will not be issued automatically. *Credit vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions (issued on creation of credit voucher).
