Time for some new linen. Remove smoking tray from outside rooms and have a dedicated smoking area.

Courteous staff, clean but a dated room. Bed needs replacing as you could feel the springs when you moved on the bed.

Well, this takes the cake, On arriving, there is a clear sign on the bench, if uou use the coffee cups and utensils and do not wash and dry after yourself, there is a ten dollar fine, charged to your card. But what really topped it of, was the breakfast (buffet) which we paid for. I do not believe the reviews, which said exceptional. We walk in, and after paying for buffet for that, we are told bacon and eggs are an extra fifteen dollars each! So we settled on stale bread for toast, yogurt and tinned fruit. However the highlight was buying something from Mount Barker Bakery. Would I stay there again, it is a big NEVER!
