A recently renovated holiday home situated in Albany, Hanover Bay Apartments features a garden. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay.

A very enjoyable base for an Albany stay.
For the location, view and standard of the accommodation the price point is excellent value. Offering extremely comfortable lounge with both streaming and DVDs, books & local information the Hanover Bay stay was amongst our top two places we stayed over several weeks between Albany & Perth.
Notable that the York is a well designed accessible one bedroom if you require that. Most things that you can think of has been provided for able or accessible guests. The island bench would be the only issue I can think of if eating in. The other thing to note I guess for those requiring wheel chair access is that the parking spot is narrow, but I'm sure they just allow parking out of the bay and the short path/driveway to the door is more than adequate.
The bed was extremely comfortable and there was an amazing range of pillows (plus more up top of robe.)
A split system in both lounge and bedroom provides very comfortable temperature control in winter and I'm sure in summer as well.
The place was spotlessly clean and the modern oven with inbuilt airfryer was a welcome addition to the very well appointed kitchen. Despite the abundance of places nearby to eat, we actually cooked in for a change most nights, but the lure of the steakhouse 200m away was a well worthwhile excursion for a meal. Easy access to supermarkets with a short drive, and such a cosy place to stay eating in was inviting.
Albany has lots to offer and this is a great base to enjoy it from.
