Couldn't use the pool because it was closed for cleaning for a whole day. Shouldn't take 24 hours to clean a pool.

An average stay

Room was clean but bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling. We had bought some crackers etc for a snack but there were no plates or cutlery available.
As it was a very hot day we went out on to the deck and there was an overflowing rubbish bin as well as rubbish on the ground. Deck overlooked more overflowing bins.

Having paid a similar amount to a five star hotel we were very disappointed with the service we received. The room was never serviced over the six days we stayed and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. It might be OK for a one night stay but not at the exorbitant prices for the Christmas period. We could have gone to Bali for less and will do next time

Outstanding customer service

I can’t thank the managers Nicole and Russell enough for their kind and compassionate support to me in a time of need. I crashed my motorcycle and was discharged from Moruya hospital late with no accommodation to go to. Nicole stayed open to book me a room and ensured I had access on arrival. I had a nice clean room on the ground floor and was allowed to keep it until 3pm when I left to get the bus back to Canberra. Unfortunately I couldn’t use all the facilities but they all looked great and convenient, in an ideal location near the water and walking distance to the Main Street. The cafe onsite is also excellent, best scrambled eggs ever and great coffee.
Thanks again to wonderful humans

Great venue. Poor attitude Sunday night

Location was amazing. Very close to shops and water. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Atmosphere Saturday night was great. Atmosphere Sunday night was average after a crap comment from manager regarding 3 adults talking quietly in carpark. Pulled the whole 3 day stay down to be honest. Will return if management is changed.

We’re sorry to hear that your impression of Sunday night was affected. We do, however, need to consider the comfort of all guests. Following noise concerns raised by others after 11pm on Saturday, we approached your group on Sunday evening to request quieter conversation, as voices carry easily around the property—especially given our waterfront layout.
We understand that this may have been disappointing to hear, but our intention was simply to ensure a pleasant and restful environment for everyone.
