Lovely peaceful stay near Conspicuous Cliffs and Peaceful Bay

We've always loved both the rugged coastline of Conspicuous Cliffs and the beauty of Peaceful Bay, and this place is nicely located right between them. It's not on the coast however, and although you can see snatches of ocean in the distance, it's really located on farmland. But it's a beautiful pastoral scene we enjoyed out our front window, and is somewhat high up so you're overlooking a plain, and it's a very peaceful setting, and feels like a real retreat.
The facilities themselves seemed modern, clean, and neat, and were just ideal for us. We were very comfortable for the night we stayed here, and it felt private and a quality place to stay. Very happy to have enjoyed a night here.

False Advertising

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. The advertising was misleading—our room was supposed to have an ocean view, but there was no ocean view at all no beach access or beach front. To make matters worse, when we arrived and were looking to relax, there was a chainsaw running outside our accommodation for over an hour we left to let them complete the job and drove to the beach in peace which is approx a 10 minute drive. We also bought BBQ food, only to find that there was no access to the BBQ. The property was presented very clean & nice but they need to re do their advertising as it is false.This stay has been far from what was promised.

Beautiful Accommodation

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Nutkin Lodge. It provided a warm, & cosy hideaway from the winter weather during our walk from Perth to Albany. Linda was most helpful in organising a delicious hamper for dinner.
Suite was spacious & comfortable with beautiful views out over the fields & forrest.
We would thoroughly recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

A peaceful place to stay

The hosts are the most wonderful people. At one with nature, the chalets look out over a coastal plain, over a green field of sheep and kangaroos, out to the ocean. Magical, in every sense of the word. Excellent value and an excellent experience that I will remember for a long time. I will be returning.

Immaculate natural retreat

We only stayed 1 night - would have been nice to chill out for longer.
The location is lovely - near the tree top walk and close to beautiful Peaceful Bay.
The property is rejuvenating from bush fires early in 2018 - there is plenty of wild life to enjoy.
The accommodation is immaculate - a lot of thought has gone in to what guests might need.
We picked up food and wine supplies at Walpole and settled in for a peaceful stay.
We would recommend it.
