Excellent location and excellent breakfast

pros:
1. The hotel location is very convenient, Republic Square is about 7 minutes away. There is also a 24-hour shop and an establishment with the most delicious hincals "Family house" (across the street towards Place de la Republique)
2. A gorgeous breakfast - it's brought to your room in person, it's very rich. I only used this service once, so I don't know if the products are repeatable or not. But breakfast was impressive.
3. The room was quite large - with living room + kitchen and bedroom. This room is suitable for long stays if you want to cook yourself. Kitchen has everything you need to cook
From the downside:

1. The room overlooked the yard, constant noise, but it's not dependent on the hotel. It's just the location. However, the rooms have air conditioning, so in the heat you can safely use it without opening windows
2. The view - if you expect to see mountains or something like that, then I hasten to disappoint you, the view will be of other houses
3. This room looks a little "tired," a lot of scratches on the wall somewhere the paint has gone. Of course, this has no effect on accommodation, just keep in mind that the rooms are not new
4. Lunch box - just awful. You either offer this feature and make the content more extensive, or don't offer it at all. I had an early star, I was offered a snack - which was my surprise to get stale lavage buttered with two pieces of stale cheese + I got a hair. In addition, there was apple and water.

Ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

My wife and I flew in from Greece and had an unforgettable holiday in this hotel. Stunningly friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness in the rooms and the incredibly beautiful atmosphere of the hotel itself. Be sure to recommend everyone !!!

Just had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated.

This accommodation provided a satisfactory experience during a five-day stay. The staff members were consistently approachable and friendly. The hostel maintained a clean and quiet environment. Its proximity to key tourist attractions was a significant advantage. Overall, the location and service contributed to a pleasant visit.

The best aparthotel option in Yerevan

Excellent in every way. Clean, tidy, comfortable, quiet, well located. Very friendly, friendly staff, particularly the young woman always willing to help. They provided access before check-in time. Absolutely recommended. Qualification: 10/10. Madrid-Spain.

Modern, clean, good location, friendly staff

Clean, modern, nice hotel in a good location in downtown Yerevan near to restaurants, bank and shops. Staff were very friendly and kind. Fridge, safe, kettle, tea, daily water bottles all provided. Terrace. Room was not too large, fine for solo person but for two people with big luggage could be a bit tight for space. It's down an alley so it's quiet from the main street noise although parking can be a bit difficult.
