Me sorprendio, buenas imstalaciines y muy bien cuidadas mas alla de que tenga un estilo de los 80.excelente garage monitoreado (importa te para el qje sigue de paso).lindo restaurante.muy buena atencion

central and convenient

sad and uninviting presence. but with fridge, air conditioning, heating. Certainly in need of extensive renovation Positives, central location, covered parking included, very friendly and rather cheap staff. Large Double Room, King Bed, $36 including Basic Breakfast and Parking.

Old room, very expensive

We spent only one night there and it was a surprise when we arrived there and saw the ceiling and walls peeling off. The breakfast is also poor, with croissants, butter and orange juice. That's all. Trelew is an expensive city to stay, so we think that other hotels in the same price range may be similar. If you have more money, try a better hotel. If not, stay just for one night and move on to other city like Puerto Madryn or Puerto Piramides (expensive too but much more worthy).

Good Location but thats about it.

My wife and I stayed here in November 2009. Here are the good points: Close to the airport, so the taxi was only about 20 peso's. The checkin was very quick. The cost is just slightly above what I think it's worth, our room was 180 peso's per night, and the hotel itself is right in the middle of town, so it's easy to get to just about everything in the main part of the city. The wifi is free (not real fast, but works). Also some breakfast rolls are offered in the morning.
The downsides... upon entering the hotel, you have to walk upstairs to get to the loby itself. Upon checkin, and entering our room, as the previous reviewer mentioned, the road noise is VERY high. We had a front room right above the street, and WOW. The volume of motorcycles going by was VERY loud, most of the night. The window is not sealed so the sound just comes in. There is no thermostat for the room to control temperature. The majority of the employees do not speak english (which is course isn't required, we are in Argentina, not the USA). The room itself was nice clean, the floor was disgusting...the wallpaper is coming off in some places and the bathroom was less than clean, it has a serious mold problem.
Conclusion:
If you are just looking for a cheap place to dump your bags and try to get a few ZZZZ's in between activities, then this place might be for you... If you want anything even remotely resembling luxury, this is not the place for you.
If we were back in the area, I think we would choose to stay elsewhere.

Un desastre

Dos cosas a favor, ubicación y trato del personal, el resto desastroso. La persiana de la ventana no bajaba,así que a despertarse cuando sale el sol. La suciedad de la alfombra y del baño pocas veces visto. El bidet no funcionaba con agua caliente. Hay una heladera en la habitación que tuvimos que desenchufar para poder dormir por el ruido que hacía. El precio es elevado para lo que ofrecen.
