Big disappointment

Dirty towels, bed in poor condition, frankly dubious carpeting, minimal breakfast: to be avoided especially when the rate is worthy of that of the newest hotel in town. What a disappointment, it was for a long time the best hotel, it really is not the case anymore...

VERY BAD ABOUT THE SERVICE OF THE CONCIERGE STAFF ACCORDING TO HOW I WRITTEN BEFORE

I was at the hotel for the August long weekend with my children.
We were only going to the hotel to sleep, what most negatively surprised me was the poor service from the concierge staff and the rest of the staff who were on the ground floor.
Very poor attention and quality of service. no collaboration and inattention if you have problems.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Quite good, all that you need

Warm old fashion hotel, perfectly clean, decent internet, nice people at the front desk, but old rooms, small uncomfortable beds.
I visit the city for business and the hotel was good enough for sleep a couple of nights.

Acceptable choice

First, let's be clear. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but that's the problem in the whole country: star qualifications usually don't match international standards in Argentina. The issue: a little pricey for its category.
Having said so, the hotel is conveniently located, offers a good breakfast and rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly.
Parking is free, one block away, but that's not an issue.

OK for a business trip

I think in Rafaela this is the best you can get. The rooms are clean. The overall hotel is seems quite old but decent. Breakfast is ok and the coffee is really good. As there is no real competition this is your best bet for a stay in Rafaela.
