Condition deplorablem!!!
I chose this hotel based on an experience we had about a year ago. At that time, we had a good impression and, therefore, I trusted that it would be a suitable choice to welcome our group again. Unfortunately, the experience this time, since our arrival, was very different from what we expected.
Already at the landing, there was no adequate structure or staff available to assist us with the bags. The check-in was quite unorganized and time-consuming, making the arrival even more exhausting.
When we finally got to the rooms, the situation was even more disappointing. Most accommodations intended for our group have very bad, dirty and stained carpets. The rooms do not even have basic items, such as a fridge bar, and the bathrooms present a pretty precarious state of preservation, with old baths, damaged boxes and even broken garbage cans.
We were informed that the hotel had recently undergone a management change, but unfortunately, the impression we have is that what was not good before is now in an even worse situation.
I deeply regret this experience, especially because this lodging was part of a journey that was carefully thought out in every detail. My desire was for you to find welcome, comfort and care here—and unfortunately, that’s not what we found.
As responsible for the organization of our Journey, I feel obligated to formally record my dissatisfaction and seek from the new management a position in front of everything we are experiencing. After all, when we choose and contract a service for a group, we trust that the minimum expected will be offered.

We would not go back!
I believe the hotel has lived its height and now needs maintenance and care.
Our room was full of carpets and super dirty, full of stains.
The room had no fridge bar, it seems to have been removed from the room because the space was empty.
The air conditioning eh a huge, super noisy machine. We can only shut down by removing the card from the socket to shut down the power.
The curtains didn't close the whole window.
Finally breakfast eh regular.
A shame!

Reasonable
It was already very good, but at this time in this most serving well, painful breakfast, no replacement, with products without fresh appearance, cold coffee and sunrise in the bottle, bathroom and bedroom items already well deteriorated. It remains the suggestion to seek improvements because the location of the hotel is very good, but I am sad to see the current situation, which can be easily improved.
