Does not correspond to the category that market it

The room they gave me does not correspond to the category they publish and is poorly maintained. The rest of the hotel is an 80's building that was not updated

Decrepit hotel, abusive prices.

I have lived in France for about 50 years, and passing through Parana, I expected to find a 4-star hotel or at least a 3-star one. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. They gave us room 319, which was very noisy (cars, shouting, garbage truck...), in that sense it was horrible. Moreover, the room was very small, and in the morning we realized that the toilet paper was missing. The room was dirty and damp, the "furniture" in a disastrous state (see photos). Breakfast was a battlefield amidst an almost unimaginable uproar because there was a convention at that time. At the time of payment, they did not deduct the VAT as they should have, paying with an international card. However, they made a sour face when I requested a detailed invoice. A true dump more than a 3***! I am calling on Mr. @SattoJorge as well as @EMTURER to take action against this abuse.

I wouldn't remember.

The only good thing is the location. The rooms are not clean, on the top floor you can not rest with the noise of veneers on the ceiling. Staff were informed and had already received complaints from other passengers but did nothing. Very poor breakfast, few options, and charged us hot water for mate.

I do not recommend it

The location of the hotel is very good, in our case we had to pay for the garage separately because the hotel's own garage was full. My family stayed only one night, we arrived late and the reality was that we were coming from a long trip and decided to stay there. The reception staff from the beginning were very friendly and willing. But the rooms are really deplorable, for the price, I really don't recommend it. Uncomfortable beds and mattresses, impossible to sleep, the same pillows. The bathroom was quite good but the towels were super thin and some were torn. The breakfast was basic to the bottom, I really wouldn't go back. If I repeat that I appreciate the kindness of the guys at the reception.
