Go with the idea that it is a 3-star hotel.

For me, it is not a 4-star hotel as they promote. The breakfast is normal; the rooms do not have a telephone, hairdryer, or minibar. They lack maintenance (there is a lot of humidity). I went with half board and a "live show." The first dinner was mediocre. The second was spectacular, except for the desserts. Many items are listed on the menu, but they do not have them.
It is important to consider that there are 2 floors by stairs for people with reduced mobility.
The service was very good, and the masseuse was excellent.
Go with the idea that it is a 3-star hotel, so when you arrive, you are not disappointed.
One thing that seemed inconsistent to me is that they do not accept pets, yet I see a cat and 2 dogs inside the hotel all the time.

After several times we went this last one was the worst, and the owners when they found out they couldn't believe it, the burnt food, only dish, then compensated leaving us today with the free schedule, if the owners went to the kitchen, finishing breakfast later they wanted to charge me a coffee, again the owner acting, in short the first maids and the waitresses in general well. A shame that they don't take care of the customers today scarce

good attention and amusement assured

It was a nice experience I gave my husband the stay to celebrate the anniversary of marriage .The hoetel although it is ancient is well preserved clean very well attended at all times make you feel at home with that quiet village that has Monte
Spacious rooms all work and the view of the lagoon is beautiful
The clean, well-kept folds both outdoors and heated. It has multiple places to rest.
the large park can be used all sectors
Tables to sit and enjoy the sunset, a gazebo at incredible height
The restaurant well served with a wide menu and dishes to share among several people in addition very rich with fresh and accessible products in terms of price.
The dinner show very good very friendly the waiters rich dishes, dessert surprised me.
They achieve a family atmosphere and very festive which invites you to dance and have fun.
We went with friends I recommend going with a group will have beautiful moments

Hotel with beautiful lake view

We came with my husband and 2 grandchildren. The room is very clean. It's not a new hotel. It lacks maintenance in the beach area in the lagoon. The internal pool very good with armchairs and beds. Outside water at a fair temperature, they recycle it at night. Full breakfast. Very nice dinner. The lounges are comfortable. They have 2 TVs.
You can tell that the owner is always present and is an animal lover. He has a rescued dog, a very well-kept orange cat. I don't mind that they're resting in the living rooms. It's a detail I really liked. Very attentive and friendly staff. We'll be back. It's very big and cute. Plenty of park to stroll to the lagoon. There are improvements made. And it has hot/cold air conditioning in the rooms and a great view of the lagoon. I love it.

Highly recommended

Great facilities, where from the pool of heated water was , super warm, to the sauna overlooking the Lagoon, gave an incomparable serenity. The breakfast quite complete, the only thing to improve are the details of little maintenance in the rooms.
