Court stay but very nice
It is a very nice and elegant hotel, everyone's attention is excellent, always very attentive, it's the second time we go and we will continue going, the rooms very comfortable, the breakfast very rich and fresh, has a very nice pool and something that is appreciated although you pay apart is parking.

I'M GOING BACK TO MENDOZA, BUT I'M NOT STAYING IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE!!!
Hotel with a terrible location, far from all the main streets of Mendoza. Nothing can be done walking, because there is nothing tasty near it. Regarding the accommodations, the hotel turned off the individual air conditioning in the rooms, claiming intense cold and that I should use the temperature based on the hotel's central heating. Ridiculous! There is no restaurant. In other words, besides not having anything nearby, you cannot eat at the hotel. The breakfast is very bad, no kitchen for an omelet or something hot, the same bad food every day, bad bread, scrambled eggs in a horrible container. On the fourth day we had to eat out, it's that bad. What was saved was the bed and the shower. Mediocre room service. Without a mini-fridge, they don't even exchange the drinking water that is needed to drink. We have to go down and pick up. They leave the continuous use bottle empty and do not refill it in the room. Within all of that, the staff service is very good. Polite and cordial always.

The building structure is that of a great hotel, beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable spaces.
The staff's service is unbeatable. It stands out because they know how to treat the customer and also how to deal with families with children. They are extremely respectful, tolerant, and have activities for the family, such as, for example, movies at night.
It also stands out for the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds and pillows, the impeccable sheets, the spacious rooms, and everything necessary to settle in as a family.
They have those little details that are not related to cost, but rather facilitate the guest's stay. For example, tea and coffee available or refrigerators with paid food, but if one does not want to leave the hotel, one has the possibility of heating it there and can use all the hotel's facilities.
Despite the fact that the pool is not heated, one can enjoy the hot tub and the sauna in winter, and it also has a small but quite complete gym.
It is on par with any four or five-star hotel in any big city; it also has details like in good hotels, for example, offering to prepare a breakfast box to take with you if you need to leave early. The breakfast is complete and very delicious. The location is very good. It is located five blocks from San Martín Avenue.

Restaurants in Mendoza
Excellent service. Remarkable staff your willingness to solve and help with any inconvenience. Very nice hotel. Perfect cleanliness. Very good and safe location to walk to downtown (a few blocks). I recommend it. Next trip to Mendoza I will return to Mod, without a doubt.

The hotel provides you with a good breakfast and excellent rooms. The swimming pool is quiet small if you go just to the hotel to enjoy it.
The cleanliness in very good and the staff incredible!
you are 7 blocks from the peatonal and downtown and 10 blocks from bars and good restaurants.
I would like to mention Franco Indiveri and Sheila from the front desk staff, excellent disposition. Franco helped us since we got into the hotel. He really made the difference! Excellent!!
