Very good experience

The hotel is very well located, near Retiro, one block from Libertador, July 9, Florida Street. The only thing that is selective with which you can not stop at the door with vehicle, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had no problems but it is a topic to consider in case of arriving during working hours. The hotel staff excellent, very friendly, respectful, friendly, a 10 from reception, breakfast, cleaning... all.

They didn't give me the room I booked and it was poor care from the staff

On October 25, 2025 you arrive at the hotel with very good expectation which was diluted to 1 minute.
I was not given the corresponding room claiming that a pipe had broken at 11 am... something that was never notified.
When I went to reception...the person on duty took care of me in a very bad way..without predisposition and that he was not to blame for what happened.
Then they gave me only one option... the only one possible.
A room steps from reception...
This brought several more problems.
At 01:30 am ...it was impossible to rest as meters from the room and meters from the reception a group of guests ...were in the middle of the party ..
After I called..I got them to attend to me and there if....I got the SILENCE
At 6:30 am ...the cleaning work began .. right in front of this room..
A total lack of respect that the staff do not take the minimum care for the break schedule.

I was disappointed by the above

I would like to know who or when this hotel was categorized 4*. It doesn’t reach a 3*: bathroom and artifacts that must be 50 years old, barely warm shower water, crisp beds, smell of damp, furniture of the old room. You think you book a 4* hotel and it's not

The location is right in the city center, the room is not very big, but the hygiene is good, and the attitude of the staff is very good! In short, a one-night stay is quite comfortable. If you want to visit the city center, you can choose.
