Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The property is only reachable from the coast of Saudi Arabia via chartered boat or seaplane. Please contact the property to provide arrival details. At your request, the property reservation team can arrange a luxurious roundtrip journey by speedboat or seaplane. Please share your flight details with the property before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer. A signed waiver form will be needed to be signed by parent, legal guardian or custodian for children under the age of 12 years old to be permitted to stay in the water villas. Prepayment is required two weeks prior to arrival. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited. For breakfast included in the rate, it will be served at NESMA restaurant. When making your reservation, please notify our team of any medical conditions, allergies, physical ailments or if you are pregnant, in order for us to give you the best possible experience. Your stay includes: - Breakfast for 2 at NESMA restaurant - Signature Butler service The resort will not accept reservations for any people below 18 years occupying a villa alone unless accompanied by a parent or a guardian. To proceed with the car permits, kindly share the following details at least 7 days prior to your arrival: • Copy of a valid Vehicle/Car Registration. • Copy of a valid Car Insurance. • Copy of a valid Driver's License.
