Good value for the money and good smiling service
The appartement was composed of a king size bed room, a small kitchen and a sofa with a TV and a bathroom with a bath tub. Confortable desk in the room with enough power sockets and space to work. Really a plus for business travellers.
The place is extremely clean, and confortable. I had a room on the back of the hotel on third floor (room 301) and it was absolutely calm.
Wifi works fine and is enough to work, but is a bit dodgy for voice communications (Skype, Whatsapp) wich do not work fine as there are micro cuts all the time, but Youtube works just great. Also the music in the corridor is a bit loud, but this as minor inconvenient.
Bar lounge at mezzanine is confortable and lighty and was great to hold profesional meetings.
The gym is functional with a bicycle and a treadmill (Technogym).
The staff at reception is very helpfull, profesional and speak good English. Really a plus.
I will definitely come back.

Shambolic
Staff always with hand out wanting cash, House keeping return your towels on a night hoping for money when you return from work,They take you room towels and wash them and return the same towel, Not enough to swop them out.
Outside the hotel the manhole cover is missing so be careful when leaving your vehicle, will share photo, I had 1 bottle of wine one night and when trying to get another was told I had drank all the wine in hotel, Air-Con barely works along with bulbs going out in rooms daily,
Breakfast service staff are terrible they think you owe them everything. What an attitude they have, lunch and evening meals are charged at 20000 Kwanza per serving not worth half that, you regularly hear the kitchen staff shouting and arguing amongst themselves

Good hotel
Good and tastefull food in restaurant and nice lounge to relax. An enjoyable stay. Neat and clean all over. Botteled water are supplied and could ask for extras.

Room was great, service very mixed & food - expensive & hit & miss
The hotel is also well-located. The room was very quiet. They have a good back up generator. Wifi, however, is very poor all over the hotel, even in public areas. Makes doing business much more difficult.
However, service was very mixed. Portuguese is almost a must. Staff were hit or miss, some not friendly or helpful at all, a couple very nice. Saw no management during my five day stay.
Breakfast is fine, but, other meals are really not that good, but, very expensive. Highly recommend eating elsewhere, if you can find a place (some really nice local restaurants nearby).
All in all, for Luanda, not a bad place - the management could be tightened up to make it a much better experience.
