Comfort and kindness
All the very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast for all tastes very complete, In the restaurant in the morning there is menu 3 first , 3 seconds and 3 desserts à choose , not sure if you can order from carte too. In the evening menu and many desserts à choose, all very good . And the hotel is right in the center, so you can get around without taking the car. The rooms are renovated, the bathroom has everything you need and even being in the center, you don't hear any noise from the street. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning that you put to your liking , also have a large wardrobe . Mabel is a sweetheart.

Terrible experience. I had never been treated so poorly in a restaurant before.
We arrived intending to eat, and from the very first moment, the manager's treatment was unpleasant, arrogant, and completely out of place. He didn't even allow us to sit quietly before rudely throwing us out of the establishment without any reasonable explanation and with a totally disrespectful attitude.
I understand that any establishment can have rules, but there are polite and professional ways to address customers. In this case, they were glaringly absent. We felt humiliated and treated as if we were bothering them simply by entering the restaurant.
Customer service is as important as the food, and when the person in charge behaves this way, it leaves a regrettable image of the business. Of course, we will not return, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting a minimum of courtesy and respect.
A shameful experience.

Incompetent manager
We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with a reservation made for 9:00 PM. What was supposed to be a special night turned into a regrettable experience.
During our stay, the manager of the establishment maintained an unprofessional attitude and even involved other customers, claiming that the noise from our table was bothering them. However, those same customers later approached us to say that they had not complained at any time and that they fully understood we were celebrating a birthday.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the manager escalated the tension until he invited us to leave the premises. When we requested the complaint forms, he initially refused to provide them, which forced us to call the police to exercise our rights as consumers.
Finally, around 10:00 PM, we left the establishment without having been able to have dinner and had to look for another restaurant to continue the celebration. Fortunately, another place welcomed us and was able to salvage a night that this establishment had ruined.
The lack of professionalism, the treatment received, and the management of everything that occurred make it impossible for me to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Without a doubt, one of the worst experiences we have had in a hospitality establishment.

Terrible experience.
We were a group of 11 people celebrating a birthday, and the treatment we received from the person in charge of the restaurant was absolutely shameful from the very first moment.
Before entering for dinner, we were consuming on the terrace when this gentleman approached us in a very rude manner, demanding that we be quiet because, according to him, we were disturbing the table next to us, and those customers were complaining. However, the customers themselves denied in front of everyone that they had made any complaints.
Far from easing the tension, he continued addressing us with a haughty, unpleasant, and completely out-of-place attitude, demanding that we enter immediately and even suggesting that if we did not like it, we could leave.
After several disrespectful acts, we decided to request a complaint form, to which he flatly refused. In light of this situation, we were compelled to call the police.
The treatment we were receiving was so evident that the customers at the next table decided to get up and leave without staying for dinner. Moreover, they remained there until the police arrived to provide their testimony about what happened and confirm the inappropriate behavior of the person in charge.
We are locals and will not allow situations like this to go unpunished. The incidents have been reported, and we hope that management will take action. It is a shame because this is a restaurant with many years of history that has always operated well, but one person can completely ruin the experience for customers and damage the reputation of a business.
After what we experienced, we will not return nor will we recommend it.

Cost/benefit hotel
Beautiful hotel, well located, good breakfast but very unorganized. The cleaning of my room left a lot to be desired, two days the towels came dirty, the floor did not clean any day, until when we arrived the floor was not so clean and the closets / other things were well dusted. There is paid parking but if you have a big car I was careful because the parking spaces are very small.
