Spacious rooms, great breakfast

Hotel of the Volkswagen group, and you can tell by everything. At the entrance a fancy old-timer, further walls full of VW cars. Also in the room on the ceiling VW cars and photos of the place where they were installed. Spacious rooms, decent bathroom. Breakfast is very rich and healthy, to go to the next meeting in top shape. Highly recommended for a professional stay.

Globally good

The hotel name actually describes it well: for a business hotel, it is "globally good" with no major weaknesses but no major strengths either... although... I particularly liked one service: in a small room you can get an extra pillow (in various designs) and/or a blanket if you wish. Suitable for a short business trip, but not for a longer stay or with family.

Unfriendly, hot and noisy

All things considered, it wasn't bad. However, our room (381) was on the street side (noisy drunken groups and noisy traffic up to 3 times) and right below the gym (at 6 o'clock in the morning the thudding thump of dumbbells falling).
One of the girls behind the bar was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to serve us. She even became slightly aggressive.
The cleaning also left much to be desired: upon arrival, the waste bin had not been emptied and there was leftover food in it...
The room was also very warm: no air conditioning.

good business hotel

stayed here while at the VW factory, the rooms are spacious and clean. the hotel has had a refurb and is looking good.
The bar area is nice, and the staff are good. they have a decent selection of drinks and offer free snacks.
The restaurant is good for breakfast, they have a massive selection of food, one criticism is that for dinner the choice is limited! I have stayed here many times and the pizza restaurant here was very good, but went after the refit!
the reception staff are excellent and speak very good english, even have a good laugh!
one point is in the summer this hotel rooms are to warm, they fitted external insulation a few years ago but is still warm.
this wouldn't put me off staying here, would be nice to get some good dinner options.

Gut! Nicht sehr gut aber gut..

I came for 4 nights. The welcome was very warm, stuff is very friendly. A lot of parking places in the yard of the hotel. The room was small but nice and it was clean. The furniture was a bit older but the bathroom was new, bed was not too soft and to hard. Wi-Fi is not the best but when you get it to get connected it works. The breakfast is very good. There is not a restaurant in a traditional way where you can eat dinner but there is an all you can eat restaurant inside the hotel where they offer one warm meal plus some additional plates where you can choose from. There is also a small bar where you can drink a beer or two...Well done Global Inn just the solution for the dinner costs you one star..
