Had an awesome one night stay here. Clean, friendly team, all that we needed in the room, great location, and easy access to the bus system. Loved the town! Quaint, fun shops, nice people. The baked items at the Friday market are the bomb!

No heating and hot water with - 1 degree outside

We stayed at this hotel for one night for professional reasons. We arrived at around 21:00 and unfortunately found that the heating did not work. The room was very cold and it was –1 degrees outside.
I contacted the owner by phone, who explained to me that the temperature for the night was set to 15 degrees and the heat only starts when it falls below. In my estimation, however, the temperature in the room was well below, probably around 10 degrees. He also said that the heater would turn on sometime at night, but could not say when exactly.
Unfortunately, the heating stayed off all night. I had to sleep with my winter jacket and all the clothes available, which was very uncomfortable. The next morning we learned that there was indeed a technical problem. Because of this, there was no hot water.
Such essential amenities were missing – yet we were not offered a discount or any form of compensation or attention.
I hope that this will not happen again in the future and that guests will be treated more humanely and customer-oriented in such situations.

Hotel and service top

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. Everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. And in the morning there is a very rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.

When you're in this area. Again and again.

I can only recommend the hotel. From the outside it doesn't look like it does inside.
The staff are very friendly, so you immediately feel at home. In addition, the room (or rather our room) was nice and big and, above all, very clean. We also liked that there was a kettle and tea bags in the room. Good for the time of year.
Then there's the breakfast. It's no better in the 5-star restaurant. Very large selection and even small wishes are fulfilled. So thumbs up.
