We were already the 2. Mal in this hotel and come back next year too, clean, friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately some weaknesses

We chose the hotel because of the location. We were greeted warmly and due to the information by mail the check-in was very quick. The problem of parking was also solved quickly.
We traveled with dog and found in the room a drinking and feeding bowl.
The hotel was very quiet although it was fully booked.
We made reservations at the restaurant in the evening and received a friendly Service and a good meal.
Unfortunately, we had to make some compromises.
The “dog room” was very spacious but had a very stained carpet. Maybe another floor covering would be appropriate here.
However, the location is very difficult for dogs, it is just a real city hotel.
Some drinks were not available in the bar and restaurant. This was incomprehensible for us. The following evening the circumstance was explained to us with a new excuse. One waitress didn't want to prepare cocktails at all because it would be too few staff. She was then reprimanded by another operator, so we noticed.
The Service did not make a professional impression. Even if the hotel has a lot of charm, we will not book it again.

Very nice and clean, comfortable bed. We liked that they had extra pillows.

Great food, friendly service.

Not slept, but ate in the restaurant. We were stranded here at dinnertime by thunderstorms. Super friendly service. We got a potato soup as an appetizer to the house. The main course was also delicious (asparagus with ham/chicken with tagliatelle). Food came quickly too. Highly recommended to eat here
