Lovely hotel and the staff were really helpful, fantastic location and the hotel was clean and fresh, no air conditioning was disappointing and could have done with more areas to sit outside, but I am being picky, would stay here again and really enjoyed our time.

Nice hotel with very bad parking policy
Neat rooms (no closet available), nice neat bathroom. All sights within walking distance. No breakfast eaten in hotel due to sound, is very noisy space. Lots of breakfast options around the corner.
Had booked for 2 dgn parking space behind hotel (48 euros). Unfortunately, we were not told that once "risen is place perished" was true there. There is no check on license plate who has paid, you can, if there is space, just park without paying. I think this is a very bad thing! Employees think this is normal, give you a refund of 1 day and you can park your car in the large parking garage. Not the right service! I find that a very big flaw...not a good parking space for motorcycles but also collect money for this..

To the General Manager | Not reliable
Dear General Manager Mrs. Melanie Erasme,
What your front desk employee promised over the phone, namely that room 106 would be reserved for us from April 1 to April 6, is not being kept. Once they arrive on Wednesday 1 April 2026, it is very easy to say that the room is no longer available. We are not listened to, treated very unprofessionally, fobbed off with another room that we had not reserved and that did not feel nice.
The relevant front desk employee indicated that he did not know anything about any reservation. This is even though Accor headquarters clearly state that when a customer adds an extra message during online booking, it can be read by everyone (both the Ibis Style Hotel and Accor headquarters themselves.
On the advice of the head office, we wrote a letter of complaint that same evening, April 1, of this very unprofessional way of acting. You have not yet heard from Mrs. General Manager Melanie Erasme. However, has received € 855.00 for a promise that has not been kept. It is scandalous how You and your front desk staff have dealt with us.
At the beginning of March I made my first booking (for Ibis-Style Hotel - Friday 3 April to Sunday 5 April) with the reservation number QFDDKTJC via the website of accor.com. Before I completed this booking, I called the hotel with the cooperation of Ibis and asked if room 106 (All Comfort Space (Family) rooms: 2 a bed) was available at this period (this because of woman who has an N.A.H. and likes this room, which we had earlier).
This employee indicated very clearly that this room 106 was vacant and it would be reserved for us.. I have completed the booking and a clear note with what the employee mentioned to me over the phone.
Because we were going shopping for business, I had called the front desk employee of Ibis Style Hotel again two weeks before 1 April 2026 to ask if room 106 was also available in the period from 1 April to Friday 3 April.
Again, the front desk staff member replied that room 106 was free and would be reserved for us. Then I made the booking online reservation no. QGDDHXKJ. And half an hour later called again asking if room 106 was also available Monday 5 April to 6 April. Also this online booked reservation no. QGDDHZNH.
With all three bookings I mentioned a clear note that the employee would reserve room 106 for us. On arrival on Wednesday 1 April at 14.0 it turned out that nothing was reserved at all.
We then asked the General Manager again on Thursday morning to come up with a clear solution. Unfortunately this was not available. We did not want to stay in this Hotel for a minute longer. It felt very unsafe for my wife and it caused a lot of stress and frustration for both of us. Eventually we went to another hotel where we then spent another s € 500.00 for.

Perfect location for walking to all the UNESCO sites, restaurants, shopping. The staff was excellent from check-in to breakfast to checkout, highly recommend this hotel.
