Beautiful and comfortable place

It is a great hotel with all comforts, very easy to reach the centre in few minutes walk and having a car parked just underneath the hotel was a plus.

Fancy bathrooms

Beautiful room with extra Fanny colored lights.
The bathroom has everything you need, both conditioner and body lotion, and if the contents are what the bucket should be, it should be vegan.
The rooms do not have a small refrigerator, which is a shame because we could not store cold drinks.
You can borrow a small refrigerator from the reception there.
There was also an electric kettle and an iron.
The bed was big, high, and really good to lie in, even for me with aches in my body.

I had to pay taxes again, even though I explained that I had already paid on the website, the first receptionist insisted that I could not.
The day after, we wanted to extend our stay, booked again online because it was more expensive at the hotel itself, and thus taxes were paid again, which reception number 2 could see, and will refund the first taxes.
We were a little lacking in information upon arrival. For example, regarding parking, it is self-pay, but you can pay at their office and they will give you a ticket to leave.
You need a hotel key card to ride the elevator, but if there are two of you, one cannot stay in the room while the other goes out because the light goes out. Receptionist number 2 gave us extra cards without problems when I explained the situation.
At the restaurant was apparently always closed after breakfast (said the first receptionist, where the second said she just had to check, and apparently there was a "reason" to open the restaurant that evening, but when we arrived, there was no one to greet us, no waiter came, and we didn't think the small buffet was worth the trouble, so we ate at a delicious Italian restaurant 13 minutes from there.)
The hotel otherwise has a very good location, 5 minutes from the metro, 2 stops to the center, easy and cheap.

fresh and big room, high ceiling. Very friendly staff , good parking garage , walking distance to the city ! Very affordable hotel !

The address for comfort and quality.

The rooms are large and clean; the beds are comfortable. The location is great. You are not bothered by the noise. The restaurant is spacious and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good room size

Room had a good size for us, there were hangers @ entry, a closet with mirror, iron+board. Except for the floor, everything seemed clean, you get 1 soft pillow and 1 firm pillow. Personal taste: didn't like the orange-red curtains & desk chair (with stains). There is a mood-light behind the bed, my daughter liked it to change colors. Courtyard view seemed quiet at first, but we heard the fan sounds and there are no darkening curtains. Aircon worked well, there is space for your luggage & shoes, a desk + safe, teakettle. Watch out in the shower, it makes the bathroom wet. Hallway to the elevator smelled bad, but luckily the room had a good heavy door with chain lock. Glad we had parking under the hotel which is better priced than other garages. Also a REWE and DM next door and the location is great, at a corner of Marienplatz. Walking distance to the city centre and enough shopping and food nearby, takes 20 minutes to get to Schlossplatz. I would recommend this hotel.
