all around perfect

We were with friends on a sunny day in the beer garden of the inn Garbe. It is very nicely located. We were all surprised by the strikingly friendly staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, competent and friendly. That was really good that it can be done differently, which doesn’t often come to mind these days.
A very good meal!

What a pity!!!

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not consistent!!! Cozy beer garden with very good food. Unfortunately, the furnishings of the rooms do not correspond to the price!!!
Breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 AM is a no-go... and the breakfast offerings are subpar for the price! Unfortunately!!!

Lunch not recommended

We went to the Garbe for lunch. We were looking forward to the slightly cheaper lunch menu, but we still spent 140 euros.
The wine was extremely expensive, the service friendly.
So far so good. 70 euros for drinks.
The price/performance ratio for the food was not right at all.
The small side salad was the best. The ravioli with spinach/ricotta filling on tomato sauce that followed were a ready-made product of the cheapest kind, not cooked properly and hard, and lukewarm and cold.
The fish was fishy and the side dish was overcooked.
The dessert from the menu, plum crumble with plums, was a mushy mass.
When we asked the waiter how that could be, after all, the Garbe stands for quality, we were told "in the lunch service the kitchen has to see how quickly they work".
We definitely won't be going to the Garbe for lunch any time soon.
The supposedly highly praised quality standards have fallen so much. No thanks, it's too expensive for us.

Exellent food

I was there before a few weeks with some friends.Food taste really good and the staff is really helpful.Location is perfect, near by the city and the airport.Best palce to spend some time with family or friends. Fully recommended.

Bier Garten

We spent a beautiful summers evening here and had kase spatzle and wurst with lentil. You get your own drink and order food from the waiters. Very nice looking flammkuchen aka dinette Parking nearby. Nice place
