Poor service

We are here for over a week at the fair and also in this hotel. The bathroom is not cleaned even upon request. Hairs that are about 15 cm long surely cannot be mine, but apparently belong to my predecessors, are not removed from the shower. The bathtub is also not cleaned, and towels that are supposed to be changed are simply hung up again. Empty bottles are also not disposed of, and the minibar, which is supposed to be free, is not restocked. Very poor service and very unfriendly staff when you want to point this out to them. I will forward this to my partner for whom we are here at the fair and hope that a different hotel will be booked for the next fair as well. We have been to many hotels and are ourselves in the travel industry, but this is beyond outrageous. The hotel is also not the cheapest. It did not respond immediately as promised, but only after 3 further requests and after 4 days!!!!!

Unfortunately, I will not return.

Check-in took an hour and a half, and the air conditioning was not working for all three days. The staff was embarrassed by the situation.
The light in the room was impossible to turn off; I had to remove the card to sleep....
Very poor.

Unbearable room climate.

We immediately left the hotel because it had no air conditioning, the supposedly available ventilation was ineffective, and the hotel, according to the reception, had no staff available to open a window on June 3, 2026.
We requested a cancellation, but the reception had no authority to do so, and the back office has not responded to our complaint as of today (June 11, 2026).
At least on the 11th floor, there were clear signs of vandalism, which in the case of a bent metal strip at the elevator exit also posed a risk of injury. A vacation that remains memorable!

A total disaster!

Unfortunately, everything went wrong here that could possibly happen. We had reserved several rooms for multiple days. At check-in, one of the rooms was not cleaned, and cigarette butts were lying under the floor. A refund of the costs - not a chance.
Unfortunately, the room keys worked rather randomly, and the amenities in the rooms were miserable (some had no remote control for the TV, some had no bottle openers, etc.). The staff was rather forced to be friendly, but they were also quite incompetent, and a manager was not present.
The peak, however, was the scam regarding the room. Without notice, a downgrade from Junior Suite to a Standard Room, with no explanation or apology, and of course no credit. Even upon inquiry and requests for clarification - no response.
The service is unfortunately subpar and beyond words... Stay away from this hotel!!!
