The hotel is very good, very new and very clean. The facilities are quite adequate. It has a covered car park. When we checked in on June 29th, the receptionist told us we could leave our car until the evening of the next day. However, the next day, a person named Zubari (after making us wait a long time at reception) behaved rudely, saying that this was incorrect information and that we had to remove the car immediately. While the previous day's employee was very friendly, Zubari was completely grumpy. We will try to arrange our next stay at this hotel to coincide with a time when this man is not on duty.

Worst hotel experience ever! One staff member stole over 1000 euros from our pack bag even with the do not disturb sign on.
We came back after like half an hour and luckily checked our bag to see the money was gone.
We went down and reported it to the receptionist who didn’t seem to be in a hurry at all. After more than five minutes he finally went with us to check the room.
As we arrived the money was right outside our door and the receptionist asked if we put it there to which I responded “no obviously not”. 900 out of the 1000 euro was placed outside our room.
He then made a call to some of the cleaning staff which stood outside of our door. But no manager was called. He did not feel apologetic at all.
We felt really uncomfortable. We reported it both to the morning and afternoon staff whom all wrote our numbers and emails down to give it to the manager who they said would call us back.
However now a week later we have yet to hear ANYTHING from them even though contacted the police, asked for surveillance recordings and for some compensation to be given. And especially to have the staff member(s?) who stole the money fired.
We also told them how we felt extremely uncomfortable and violated during our stay but no refund was given as well.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stollen money, avoid this hotel
Please avoid this hotel, the cleaning staff are robbing the customers during breakfast!!!

Room was a bit tight for two people with luggage. Many spots that did not look like they were cleaned properly. Staff were nice and helpful. Located close to subway.

nice modern duplex room plus good value
this year im quite often in munich. so here is another review of a enjoyable stay i had.
for your money you can get at The Plaza premium a really clean, modern and well designed room. i choosed the duplexroom, coz i love the design.
the bed upstairs is a cool thing , the bathroom shower are very clean ..
the furniture like chair, table ...i couldnt find any scratches or staind on carpets.
the breakfast is fair priced and offers lots of things to choose. the settings and design are pretty cool .
there is little gym at the ground floor. enough to keep my body fit.
the location is a short walk from the metrostation away. nearby are some grocerystores.
if you dont mind to stay right in the center of the city , yes i would recommend the plaza coz in that price range 80 to 100 euro its good option for munich.
last but not least ..what about the employees, at reception and restaurant they were really nice and helpful ...
so keep your hotel like that and i will coming back on my next visit in munnich,
