Good pet friendly apartments

We stayed one night in this serviced apartments and it was good. Below is a summary of our stay.
The good:
1) Pet friendly apartments
2) We stayed in a superior studio and it was large with plenty of space. It had a Kitchenette with cutlery, tap and basin and a microwave.
3) Convenient basement parking with direct access to lifts
4) Quiet and easy going hotel well placed within city limits
Could be better:
1) Breakfast needs improving, burnt scrambled eggs and toast isn't good enough.
2) The gym and washing machines at the entrance next to the reception might not be the best placement for those, regardless of the concept.
3) The air-conditioning in the room wasn't enough to cool down the room so we had to sleep with windows open.
Overall a decent stay with some points for improvement.

the room was good for the price. this hotel is not close to many restaurants but is convenient if you are going to the convention center. The staff were not very friendly.

No beverage and snackservice at late evening, even there are fridges showing up a great portfolio - but locked.

Good hotel.

The hotel is nicely furnished. There is a fitness room and a shop, but both are right at the beginning and not a separate room of their own. We had booked with breakfast: the breakfast was very delicious and well-stocked. The rooms are also well-equipped and the bed was comfortable, however we discovered a few silverfish in the bathroom and the walls are not very thick and we could hear our neighbor snoring in the evening, which is why I could not sleep very well. But otherwise the hotel is nice, but I would not come back for a week next time because sleeping was difficult.

A nightmare

We paid for the rooms to stay from Monday, but we arrived on Tuesday despite paying for the previous night; the rooms had been given away. The rooms are neither cleaned nor made up, and the services are nonexistent. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, and the staff is among the rudest I have ever encountered.
