Perfect location in the heart of Schwabing in Munich, walking distance to shops, restaurants and 'the real Munich'. The park Englischer Garten is also only a few minutes away. Nice rooms, quiet also towards the street.
No staff. Digital check in was smooth, but the digital keys did not work out well for us since we booked two rooms on the same profile.

there is no people at reception but the chat feature works perfectly. There are lockers to leave your bags the day of check-out at no cost. I'd come back again

Breakfast is a joke compared to other hotels.

Convenient, good value, great location

Easy check in and great communication VB is WhatsApp. Room large and 4 star standard, quiet. Only downside is that the breakfast starts at 08:30 which is too late for anyone on business, I was not aware of this so went without breakfast! There is a nice bakery 1 minute walk though :-)

The location was very nice and near a subway line. The room was well-maintained and clean. My room was in the back of the building, and it was very quiet. It is a staff-less hotel, but questions were quickly answered over WhatsApp. All good. The hotel is committed to sustainability, which I believe is a very good thing, but there was no separate recycling bin for takeout coffee cups. And since the room did not have a kettle or coffee machine, I accumulated several. (When I asked over WhatsApp, the answer I received was to put them in the regular trash.) The hiccup was that the Hotels.com reservation system and the hotel's reservation system did not communicate well. When I eventually telephoned hotel support about arrival instructions (key access with phone, etc.), they could not find my reservation. It was eventually sorted out, but it raised concerns that I did not actually have a place to stay.
