Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!

Payment problems

On 20 December 2025, While checking out (Reservierung Nr. 6441795843), the credit card machine didn't accept the payment, according to the reception clerk. So he gave us another machine and we paid. Later that day we found out that the payment went twice. We came back the next day and talked to the hotel manager. He said there was nothing he could do, and gave us the email of the management. We sent an email to Mr. Ulf Templin on 22 December, and a second email on 3 January 2026, with an attachment proving the double payment. No response came to any of those emails, apart from a confirmation or receipt. We had no choice but to turn to the credit card company to try and receive the money back. After a few weeks they let us know per phone last week that they cannot get a response from the hotel.
The stay at the hotel was ok, the room was clean and service according to standards, but this experience really tarnished the whole stay. We are still awaiting a refund. I can back up this review with credit card statements and copies of my emails to the hotel.

Perfect for what i needed, very close to the underground do easy enough to get onto the city. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

Lufthansa bus dropped us off 5 minute walk to hotel. Close to subway for easy access to oktoberfest

Minimalist amenities, clean room, single towel, single pillow. Small spaces - little room to access luggage (suitcases). Convenient location to walk to public transportation and airport shuttle.
