Excellent stay

Great hotel. Clean and nice rooms. The whole group of eight was happy with their stay. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Very poor start to the morning....

Very, very unloving breakfast, no regional or seasonal products, rather a selection that reminds one of a hospital or cafeteria. In the warm area, the small sausages were placed in the cold storage. No variety, always the same simplest baked goods. As vitamins, there were fruit juice drinks with minimal fruit content. Overall, not a breakfast one needs on vacation. Absolutely no recommendation.

Good!

Great value for money! Very clean and absolutely friendly staff. We loved it and would love to come back. The rooms could use a new coat of paint but the price fits. Location is List is central

Not what it used to be.

We have been to Easy Living several times and have always been very satisfied until now. This time, however, the breakfast was really only sufficient to deficient. If you want 1 employee to do everything alone like prepare scrambled eggs, refill sausage plates, clear tables, fill coffee machine, etc. And staying nice is not possible. We had to ask for every bun for every piece of cheese because it just can't do everything on its own. Anyway. That left a very bitter aftertaste. Means also for us as for many others we are looking for another hotel with better service.
You can save the negative reviews that are then all answered uniformly by AI. Seems trite. Editing real customer opinions is different.

Not what it used to be

We are “repeat offenders”. But for the time being, we won't be booking here anymore. Main reason: the seafront is fully closed due to the risk of collapse. That means hardly any more ways to run relaxed with the dog, as the (usually) very reckless cyclists race past you densely and scolding.
But also the service has decreased. The rooms were partly cleaned only at 4 pm, at breakfast a single staff member has to provide for all guests. Pure lack of staff, but since the prices at around 200€/night are rather top class, you can definitely expect more than you currently get.
Traffic outside the hotel has also increased. Quiet nights at the more expensive sea view room are therefore not possible.
The reception is usually only manned from 8 am to 4 pm. Too bad that the male receptionist rarely gets a “hello” over his lips in the few hours.
But for only a little more money you get much better on the island. Therefore, we will give preference to another hotel for the time being.
