As soon as you enter, a pungent heating oil smell strikes you, which mixes with a penetrating mould smell throughout the house. The only shower is in an unhygienic, dirty state – unacceptable for guests.
In the bathroom there is clearly visible mold, the duvets were clammy and smelled musty. The whole room was dirty, on the balcony was an old, overfilled ashtray. Cleaning doesn't seem like a concept here.
This accommodation seems massively neglected and in a state that, in my view, is not only unacceptable, but potentially hazardous to health.
Conclusion: This guesthouse does not belong to rented, but is checked by the competent authorities and closed in the current state. Those who stay here are exposed to avoidable risk and sheer disgust. Absolutely not recommended.

Worst sleepover of my life.
First of all, the description is not correct!
There is no restaurant, no garden that can be used, no mini market.
It was insanely expensive when we booked via booking. The whole area feels like a "no go zone". Dodgy people both inside and outside the hostel. The house looks dilapidated, weeds of over a meter around the entire building. Inside, it smells like mold. It's dirty and hasn't been properly cleaned in years. The rooms are unventilated and it does not help to open the window. There are no smoke detectors in the rooms. The sheets, beds and pillows were not clean and stank of sweat and dirt, there are MANY guests who slept in these without being washed. The communal toilets were so disgusting. Feces on the edges and even on the bathtub. We rented three rooms when we were a big party, I discovered that all three keys fit in all the rooms, that feels safe!! I didn't sleep a wink all night because of the smell, the bad air, the heat and the worry that someone would come into the room.
This is no exaggeration! Don't come here!

Yo better sleep in your car !
When you arrive outside the check-in time they will tel you that they are making a special favour for you tolet you in... so make sure you have an extra cash with you ( they sent me for cash to the opposite bank in the middle of the night) when you plane is late or you get stuck in a traffic jam. The owners know that you are most vulnerable in the middle of the night and pay anything to go to bed.They only serve their breakfast till 9.00am but will not tell you about it and again claim that they make a special effort to give you the breakfast you paid for , if you 3 minutes late... They are intimidating and make the whole stay quite unpleasant.
The place is not clean and the decor is terrible.
Perhaps the most pleasant and amusing thing that happened to me there were these 2 rats running around their patio. I could observe them through glass patio doors when I was having my fought after breakfast....

Temperaturen på værelset var +8 grader og man bleev bedt om at lukke for varmen når man gik, på trods af at der var -8 udenfor. Forsøgte man at tænde for varmen på toilettet, så blev der lukket igen kort tid efter, så der var under +5 grader. Absolut ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale om vinteren.
Man er også nød til at bede om wifi kode til det fri internet, man får ingen info om dette når man checker ind.
Der er heller ikke gardiner der kan lukke gadelys ude om aftenen.
