Fine for stopover a nice food

Great hotel for a stopover to or from Scandinavia, to sleep well and eat well. On the way back from Sweden, we chose this hotel because it is slightly below Hamburg and we are already halfway home. It's so nice. We had a room in the new annex, which was nice and spacious and very clean. The beds are excellent, the bathroom functional a clean and in our case pleasantly located on the ground floor. Yet better than lugging your luggage up the stairs . . . So let me ask!
In the evening delicious eaten in the simple restaurant with excellent service. The kitchen is a combination of typical German (delicious Schnitzels!) and Italian. My wife had an excellent ravioli.
The breakfast was okay. had the breakfast buffet been a little more complete and creative, our overall rating would have been definitely a full 'excellent', but for about 150 euros per night (including breakfast), a Very Good rating is definitely in order. On a next trip we know where we plan the stopover . . . in Hollenstedt!

Parking was difficult with limited space. A couple of big SUVs took a lot of space and made it difficult for others to park.
Room very nicely renovated and bed was very comfy.
Breakfast basic but price was low, so good price for value

That could have been better.

I had booked 3 nights online on the hotel's Website at 116 euros a night with the note that I should be reserved a quiet room. On arrival they wanted to charge me 128 euros - after my reference to the booked price this was corrected. Room no. 14 was facing the main street and designed as a double room, but was even for me as an individual nasty tight, no coat hooks, no way to store the suitcase. Leaving the window open at night was an impossibility, with the outside noise nobody can sleep. A star is given for the fact that the room was modern, clean and tidy.
In the evening then ordered in the restaurant Kalbsleber with potatoes, after about 1 hour came a very clear portion, to charge 28.50 euros for it I think is very sporty. Photo attached.
For breakfast I asked for a capuccino, but it should be charged extra. Asking for a fried egg was something I didn’t dare to do. At a price of EUR 12.50, I do not think that is too much to ask.
The next evening I ordered a Chef pizza for 18.50 euros, the product delivered after an hour scoffed at every description, since the topping must have run out, see photo.
The burger from the third evening brings in the second star, which was actually delicious and plentiful, even if it was also late.
Last but not least, my room keycard failed on the second night because it was programmed incorrectly. So I had to go down the stairs and back up again with my walking disability (the hotel can't for) two floors - no pleasure.
