A cute town and a lovely stay

Excellent Hotel with great service, elevator was down when we came but there was no problem, they lifted our luggage for us. A wonderful full breakfast every morning we were there. They gave us lots of tips on where to go and how to get there. The Hotel also equipped us with a Kronis Card that was good for train travel throughout the black forest area. They were also accommodating in getting us to and from the train station with no charge. It is right in the heart of Gengenbach. Close to shopping restaurants, museum ( a new one had just opened the day we arrived)

A very normal hotel, all was normal not more, regarding the price a bit abnormally high. Room without AC, very hot in summer day.

Wonderful experience

Stayed 2 nights here recently. Wonderful hotel. Location excellent, quiet residential area - 2 minutes to centre of Gengenbach. The bedroom was clean and tidy with plenty if storage. The bathroom, although a little small, was very clean well equipped.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady who runs and organises the breakfast.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast, including freshly cooked eggs if your choice and items were constantly being replenished. The breakfast room is a little small for everyone who stays there and things can get a bit chaotic at times, but the staff work hard to accommodate everyone.
Will definitely come back to stay.

The pepper mill is recommended for overnight stays

The rooms are in good condition. There was nothing lacking in facilities. The rooms are spacious and the beds were good. Breakfast completes the good stay: A good selection and in sufficient quantity. Wishes were fulfilled immediately. The whole team of lobby and kitchen was very accommodating and friendly.

In the centre of Gengenbach

Perfect location, very close to the center but quiet. Clean hotel and spacious rooms. Also recommended for more than one night. The breakfast is international and doesn't have many things for the classic Italian breakfast but still the products are good.
