Wellness disaster
What was good:
The service staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
The massages were very pleasant.
What was not good:
Room (wellness suite) worn out, outdated, dirty. Toilet completely yellowed.
Dinner (half board) a cheek.
1 evening: There were hamburgers that didn't taste good at all. There's Miss Pepper nearby. Worth a trip.;)
2 evening: There was Chefs Curry. That was so bad that it was claimed directly.
At a price for 2 people of 340€ per day, the hotel is a commodity disaster.

Once and never again!
The hotel is poorly cleaned, dust and cobwebs everywhere and
dirty shower heads in the sauna area.
The restaurant asks very simple food at hearty prices, I think you
can drive better to the next snack, just as well but much cheaper.
The breakfast buffet is small and asks nothing special, such as salmon.
There is only one coffee machine, which is why there were queues at the machine at peak times in the morning.
The room was old and would have to be renewed because the furniture , as well as in the restaurant, was worn. I find the hotel more of a family hotel than a wellness hotel, due to the many families with children. But for children I find the water in the small swimming pool too cold.
The window could not be tilted to "tilt" places because it was broken.

Nice hotel for short breaks in the Lüneburg Heath
The hotel is very quiet and only accessible by car. There is plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay.
The rooms are of course not the most modern anymore. But that doesn't bother us as long as everything is clean and well maintained. That was also the case in our room. All very spacious. The couch in the living room had already been converted into a bed and moved in. So we had no work with it. The radiators unfortunately have difficulty heating the rooms.
Breakfast was good. Everything was available what you expect. But nothing extraordinary either. It was always diligently replenished and the breakfast room was cozy and quiet. In the evening we did not eat there, but looked for a restaurant in the area.
Wi-Fi is available and also not complicated to set up.
We can recommend the hotel.
