Caution! Fraudulent scheme!

Not worthy of a 4-star hotel!
Large but not clean rooms. Breakfast reminds me of a bad school camp.
I forgot my AirPods when I checked out, had to ask the hotel twice to check if they remained in the room (although I could track them). Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to be shipped.
Yesterday the info came that I should first paypal money: ( Creepy and really not reputable!!!!!!!
My tracking is still running, the AirPods are being driven wildly back and forth.
Insane! I am really on the verge of reporting the hotel/the staff/the management!
Something like this has truly never happened to me before!

Not at all what I’d except from a 4 Star Hotel. Worn down, broken or lose appliances and fixtures and then this terrible odor from the kitchen in the room and hallway. The breakfast room was ugly, not organized and dark. It looked like from the 80s and never touched since. No taste, no style. Staff was friendly though. Sad story
