Best value for money

We stayed in this lovely hotel in October. One of the best place by money / value standards that I have been in. Place was really peaceful and calm. Rooms were really big and equipped with fridge, water boiler etc.

Great Location, reasonable price, even has a pool

Second time I have stayed here. Enjoyed as much as the first. The location is so tranquil, the rooms well equiped and the staff very friendly. There is a beer "trust" fridge from which you can partake of a nightcap. Breakfast is as much as you want buffet. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. T cap it all there is even a pool .

Great find,couldnt fault it

Friendly staff , nice rooms, pleasant views in a lovely part of the black forest . A hotel punching well above its weight with a good pool and keep fit and sauna facilities. I had problems with my motorcycle whislt there and the owners were reallly supportive to me. In the absence of motorcycle riding I enjoyed the pool and surrounding area

Fantastic

If you appreciate the quiet of a forest, the smell of trees, walks or hikes and need a place to rest - this is the place for you. Family-run, spacious rooms, friendly service, a generous breakfast and even an indoor swimming pool - what else can you ask for? Go! Don’t take my word for it!

Excellent, very relaxing

Stayed here at the beginning of December. Was just driving thru the area and booked this. On arrival, were greeted by the very friendly owners who were very helpful. Showed us our room, the pool and sauna and apologized for no restaurants being open for supper but in town there was a very good restaurant. Was only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to town thru a nice park, so it was nice actually. The room was massive with a patio. Was very clean as well. You're in another building with the other hotel rooms and it has a sitting area where you can get a coffee for 1 Euro as well. The pool was nice, not cold or anything, just right. The pool area had a lot of towels there to use as well. The sauna was really nice! Got hot very fast and was clean, just like the whole property. Nice seating areas outside the main building at checkin as well with some amazing views. The breakfast was very good as well in a beautiful traditional big German room. I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again when in the area for a nice peaceful, relaxing stay!
