Highly recommended.

We booked an overnight stay on our mountain beer tour at the Ehinger Rose. It was my partner's birthday that day. In advance, a small gift was organized by arrangement, which was on the table in the restaurant in the evening. Everything was fine from check in to departure. The two e-bikes were safely housed. Our room was clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant down to earth, rich and very delicious. A surprise was the fountain on ice as a birthday present from the house.
The breakfast in the opposite apart hotel was also exceptionally good with a wide selection, all appetizingly arranged. The breakfast room is decorated in industrial style, totally cozy.
This hotel is fully recommended in every respect.

Unique rarity

Wow! To visit our grandchildren in Ehingen we were only looking for an overnight stay as close as possible to the house. And then this: with even more natural warmth of the Bürkles you cannot be welcomed and said goodbye. And then again: what a charm this 16th century object has. The room furniture is so of lovingly "old" and collected with passion (beds of course new and bathroom too!! By the way top clean everything!!). And where else can you find that - and that's what particularly excited us: The stairs and the wooden floor in the room that creak - but right! And when we sneak night spirits up to the room from a nearby party location at 2:30 a.m. ... an incredibly cool experience for us. Out of 10 points there are 11 (i. W. eleven). We would definitely come back. So don't recommend, otherwise it would be fully booked;-)

Guest threatens to come back with

And once again everything was top and nice. From reception, restaurant, room, cleanliness to breakfast (in the house next door) and as icing on the cake a fantastically pleasant friendliness of the family. I'll be back here as soon as possible.

Auf booking.com und der Infomappe in Hotelzimmer werden kostenlose Parkplätze angeben. Fehlanzeige. Hotelzimmer werden nach Körpergröße vergeben, ich bin eher klein - Pech für mich.
FAZIT: NIE WIEDER IN DIE ROSE!

Soweit gut, aber...Parkplatzmanagement

Die Bewertung wäre uneingeschränkt gut gewesen, wäre nicht der wenig souveräne Umgang mit den Hotelparkplätzen gewesen.
Trotz dem Hinweis auf in der Hotelmappe benannte kostenlose Parkplätze (auf booking.com und auf der Homepage der Rose werden auch kostenlose Parkplätze angegeben) und Nachfragens aufgrund unschlüssiger Argumentation seitens der Inhaberin, wurde weiterhin auf Parkplatzgebühren bestanden.
