Cool vibe. I’m not a big fan of the room layout, with shower cabin in room, separate from sink, which is separate from toilet, but I can see that it’s space-efficient. Friendly staff.

Es freut uns sehr, dass dir unsere Ruby Leni, das reichhaltige Frühstück und der entspannte Service so gut gefallen haben. Die Spätschicht an der Bar hat wirklich einen besonderen Platz in unserem Herzen – dein Lob für Steffi und Ellen geben wir gern weiter, das macht den beiden garantiert den Abend.
Wenn dich Düsseldorf wieder ruft, wartet in der Ruby Leni ein weiterer gemütlicher Stopp auf dich.

Consistently good!
I have been a fan of the Ruby hotels and stayed in all 3 in Dusseldorf with this one being my favourite. The old theatre is unique and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast being included helps too and they have quite a decent offering given how small it is.
The hotel does not feel full although there is a steady stream of people coming in and out, hence keeps the noise level down. Corridors are carpeted helping keep the hallway noise to a minimum.
Room are spotless. Shower pressure is good. Beds are firm and comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Hotel location is also excellent and easy to get into the middle of the city.

It’s great to hear Leni has become your favourite. The former theatre gives the house a special charm, and we’re glad the rooms, space and comfort hit the sweet spot for you.
Nice, too, that the Galley, the bar by the entrance and the breakfast spread worked well for your routine. We keep things focused and fuss-free, so it’s lovely when the essentials feel easy and well considered. Your nod to the calmer vibe is much appreciated as well. We use deeper tones in the corridors to balance the bright, crisp look of the rooms, which helps give that gentle transition and a more relaxed feel on each floor.
Hearing that cleanliness, shower pressure, firm beds and the cooling all delivered is exactly what we aim for, and the location clearly doing its job is the cherry on top.
